If you've ever tried a one-size-fits-all solution for a deeply personal problem, you already know—it usually doesn’t work.
That’s why I don’t use a single method or rigid system in my work.
I use a multitheoretical, holistic approach to hypnosis and wellness. That simply means I draw from multiple proven methods—because people are complex, and your healing deserves more than a cookie-cutter formula.
It means I combine different models and tools based on your needs—not just what’s popular or traditional.
Some of the core methods I blend include:
Clinical Hypnotherapy for accessing the subconscious mind
Guided Imagery to promote healing through visualization
Somatic Therapy to help release stored tension and trauma from the body
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to shift thought patterns and communication
Mindfulness and Meditation for calming the nervous system
Wellness Coaching to help set and achieve meaningful goals
These aren’t separate silos. I weave them together based on your story, your symptoms, and your goals.
I work with the whole person—not just the pain point.
If you're struggling with food addiction, for example, we won’t just talk about diet or willpower. We’ll explore emotional triggers, beliefs about your body, subconscious patterns, and how your nervous system reacts to stress or shame.
If you're stuck in anxiety or overwhelm, we’ll address the thoughts, but also how your body holds the tension. I may guide you in visualization, use breathwork, or help you rewrite the mental script that’s keeping you in fight-or-flight.
This approach creates deeper, longer-lasting results.
Because healing doesn’t come from just thinking differently.
It comes from feeling differently. Moving differently. Responding differently.
You’re not a diagnosis. You’re not a behavior to “fix.”
You’re a whole person with layers of experience, wisdom, emotion, and resilience.
That’s why I don’t try to fit you into a method—I shape the method around you.
